Professional and Compassionate Support in Mental Health

The Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (MHNP) is a master’s-level professional who can make diagnoses, prescribe tests, develop appropriate treatment plans, initiate them, and ensure follow-ups for all mental health disorders including ADHD and related issues.

With a holistic, compassionate, and evidence-based approach, the MHNP assesses psychological and physical health issues in children, adolescents, and adults. They provide a personalized care plan and offer targeted therapeutic support such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, psychoeducation, or skills inspired by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

They can also perform general health assessments and address certain physical issues related to mental health. In collaboration with other healthcare professionals, families, coaches, and living environments, they ensure that each person benefits from a smooth and tailored care journey. MHNPs can also support athletes experiencing psychological challenges related to performance.
