About our clinic

Kinatex Trois-Rivières, formerly known as Physiothérapie Activ, joined the Kinatex group in October 2024.

Founded in 2011, the clinic brings together a team of physiotherapists, physiotherapy technologists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, and athletic therapists. Together, these professionals work collaboratively to provide a personalized, efficient, and innovative rehabilitation experience, with a human approach focused on mutual support, teamwork, and commitment.

Located at the foot of the Laviolette Bridge, near Highways 40 and 55, the clinic welcomes patients from the Mauricie and Centre-du-Québec regions. It is located in a medical building that also includes a dental clinic, an endodontist, and neurofeedback rehabilitation services.

Our team has expertise in several areas, including advanced manual therapy, cranial physiotherapy, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, and vestibular rehabilitation.

The clinic is also recognized by Université Laval as a university training site. We also welcome physiotherapy students from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR), as well as physiotherapy technology students from Collège Ellis. These collaborations allow future professionals to develop their skills in a dynamic clinical environment.
