Physiotherapist
Steve is a physiotherapist who has been practicing in the field of sports medicine for over 20 years. Graduating from McGill University in 2003, he quickly became involved with several sports teams and elite athletes. For 10 years, he worked as a consultant for the Montreal Canadiens.
Since then, he has worked with players at all levels of hockey (LHMAAAQ, LHJAAAQ, LHJMQ, NCAA, ECHL, AHL, Europe, KHL, NHL), as well as elite athletes from various other sports (figure skating, gymnastics, weightlifting, football, soccer).
His expertise includes sports injuries and overtraining in young athletes, particularly hip impingement and post-operative rehabilitation of the shoulder and knee. His post-graduate training includes manual therapy, manipulations, concussion management, and dry needling.
A high-level baseball and hockey player in his youth, he was a student-athlete at Upper Canada College in Toronto.
