Roshanak Mohammad Pour, B.A., M.Psy., RP is a Registered Psychotherapist in Clinical and Counselling Psychology and the founder of Rose Psychology Services. She is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA). Her primary client population is adults. She is highly trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused ACT, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has also worked with clients using Prolonged Exposure Therapy and trauma-informed therapy to support treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Her areas of expertise include treatment for anxiety, depression, grief, and the development of coping skills. She is also skilled in managing anger, emotional disturbances, family conflicts, relationship issues, sleep difficulties or insomnia, various phobias, and PTSD. She is fluent in English and Farsi, and is familiar with the language and culture of Turkish, Urdu, and Arabic.

Roshanak Mohammad Pour earned her Bachelor of Psychology from York University in Toronto, Ontario, and her Master of Psychology from the Adler Graduate Professional School, also in Toronto. She holds multiple certifications in various psychological modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Adlerian Therapy, and multimodal approaches from accredited institutes in Toronto. She is approachable and provides a judgment-free space for clients to speak openly about anything they wish, in a safe and supportive environment.
