Graduating in physiotherapy from the University of Montreal in 2011, Rachel immediately fell in love with teaching and knowledge transfer. Starting as a lab assistant, she has been a course instructor at the University of Montreal since 2018 in the regular physiotherapy program and the professional qualification program in physiotherapy. She regularly supervises interns in her clinical environment.
Early in her career, Rachel followed the semi-professional soccer team of Brossard, as well as performing artists. She also treats patients of all ages with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Her interest in different areas of physiotherapy led her to join the shareholder team at Kinatex Brossard Quartier Dix30 in 2019.
To provide the best possible service to her clients, Rachel is continuously in learning mode. She obtained her FCAMPT designation in 2016, has completed training related to the management of orofacial pain and jaw issues, as well as training for various neurological populations, and has her “Bike PT bronze” certification, among other qualifications.
Rachel has always enjoyed being active; taekwondo, dance, triathlon, and hiking are part of her life. Through her active lifestyle, she aims to encourage and support her patients in achieving their athletic or everyday life goals.
