About
Osteopath
Kelsey is a dedicated and highly-trained osteopath passionate about helping people return to the activities they love, whether that’s playing with their kids, returning to sport or simply moving without pain.
With a background in physiology and kinesiology from McGill University and a Diploma in Osteopathy from the National Academy of Osteopathy, she has helped hundreds of clients find freedom from persistent pain over the years.
Kelsey has a special interest in back, neck and shoulder pain that develop from everyday habits such as lifting, bending or turning, sleeping in poor positions or spending long hours at a desk. She takes a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to care, combining hands-on therapy, targeted stretches and functional exercises to restore comfort and confidence in movement.
A proud Filipino-Canadian, who grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Kelsey enjoys staying active through the gym, running and yoga. Outside of the clinic, you can find her watching F1, catching latest movie on Netflix; or taking pictures of her food at restaurants.
If you’re ready to move without pain and get back to what you love, Kelsey would be happy to help you start your recovery journey!
