Occupational Therapist
Josiane Bernier earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy in 2014 and quickly specialized in hand therapy. She worked at the Cité-de-la-Santé in Laval, then at the CHUM’s Hand Center, where she treated patients with complex upper limb injuries.
A Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) since 2018, Josiane possesses advanced expertise in hand, wrist, and upper limb rehabilitation. She has also practiced at an orthopedic clinic in the United States, an experience that has enriched her clinical approach within multidisciplinary teams.
At Kinatex Rockland, Josiane prioritizes a personalized approach tailored to each patient’s specific situation and goals. She provides upper limb rehabilitation services as well as custom orthotic fabrication.
