Kinesiologist
Jean-Martin Huaman-Huacho is a kinesiologist dedicated to helping individuals enhance their movement, performance, and overall well-being through evidence-based practice. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McGill University (Class of 2024), where he also contributed to research at McGill’s Biomechanics and Sports Lab. There, he assisted in testing and training high-level varsity athletes, gaining hands-on experience in athletic performance optimization and injury prevention.
Jean-Martin specializes in fitness and conditioning, strength training, and the rehabilitation and prevention of musculoskeletal injuries. His approach integrates scientific principles of human movement with individualized programming to help clients recover safely, build resilience, and achieve their performance goals.
