Massage Therapist
Élizabeth is a member of the Réseau des massothérapeutes professionnels du Québec and graduated from the specialized sports massage therapy and kinesitherapy program at the Académie de massage scientifique. This training allows her to work with athletes of all levels, from recreational to semi-professional.
Since the birth of her two daughters, she has also developed a strong passion for supporting the well-being of pregnant women. She has completed the necessary training to adapt her treatments to meet their specific needs.
Warm and attentive, Élizabeth creates a welcoming environment where you can relax and unwind.
