Graduating with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sherbrooke in 2024 and holding a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from McGill University since 2020, Christophe has the skills needed to meet your specific needs. Through internships and his involvement as a hockey coach, Christophe has worked with numerous athletes from various sports, both recreational and elite, throughout his career. As a certified Clinique du Coureur professional, he can assist you in managing injuries and improving your running performance. He takes a client-centered approach, actively listening and supporting you in achieving your goals.
