Massage Therapist
Alaina is a registered massage therapist who graduated from Avalon Massage Academy in 2019 and completed advanced certifications at A+ Massage Academy, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Kinestherapy, and Cupping.
She has a particular interest in treating sciatica and chronic tension, with a focus on the neuromuscular and nervous system contributions to pain and movement dysfunction.
She is currently completing her studies at Concordia University and is pursuing a future practice in Occupational Therapy.
Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys creative and reflective activities such as crafting, drawing, journaling, singing, and video games.
