Physiotherapist
Gagandeep graduated from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences in 2009 and went on to further her expertise by earning a diploma in Massage Therapy from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2018. Holding a unique dual designation, she is a proud member in good standing of both the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
With extensive experience in clinical rehabilitation, Gagandeep specializes in treating neuromusculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and complex motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases, as well as managing both acute and chronic conditions. Her evidence-based approach to care is highly personalized and seamlessly incorporates advanced techniques such as active release techniques, acupuncture, dry needling, manual therapy, and customized therapeutic exercise programs.
Aligned with Kinatex’s philosophy of integrated well-being, Gagandeep is deeply committed to providing patient-centered care. She prioritizes patient education and empowerment, working collaboratively with her clients to help them regain function, optimize their mobility, and achieve their long-term health and performance goals in a supportive and professional environment.
Outside of the clinic, Gagandeep stays active and balanced by practicing yoga, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
