Massage Therapist
A graduate in massage therapy from the Académie de massage scientifique and holder of a bachelor’s degree in counselling from Université Laval, Stéphanie also has training in structural myofascial therapy (SMT), trigger points, as well as certification in lymphatic drainage.
Passionate about well-being, she specializes in therapeutic massage for reducing muscle tension, while also offering lymphatic drainage and relaxation massage. Attentive, empathetic, and adaptable, she primarily works with an adult clientele and loves contributing concretely to her patients’ well-being.
A keen swimming enthusiast, both in open water and in pools, she can also spend hours reading or studying, driven by her thirst for new knowledge.
