Physiotherapist
Sébastien Ruel completed a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology at Université Laval in 2021. Driven by a desire to deepen his understanding of the musculoskeletal system, he then pursued the combined bachelor’s–master’s program in physiotherapy at Université Laval, which he completed in 2025. He now practices as a physiotherapist at the Kinatex Jules-Verne clinic.
An athlete and passionate about movement, Sébastien places great importance on physical activity and its role in prevention and rehabilitation. Curious and always eager to learn more, he continually strives to refine his practice in order to provide high-quality care tailored to each individual. Empathetic and attentive, he will support you in achieving your goals with a personalized approach adapted to your needs.
