One of the best physio clinics in have ever been to. Most polite and most humble and most knowledgeable staff. I am sure all the physiotherapist at this place must be great, but I got Daniel who is helping me recover from a nerve issue in my leg. Amazing guy. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and very through in work ethics. Takes personal interest in helping me recover fast by showing me extra exercises 1 at a time what I can do at home. I am having amazing results and this is my 4th session only. A big Thank you is what I can say.

Booking an appointment was very easy. The response was quick and my dialog with the respondent was friendly and courteous. Treatment by Telerehabilitation was deemed appropriate for my condition. This was a relief to me given the lack of other choices that are available these days. The initial session with the therapist worked very well. We connected well with each other and had a good dialog for over an hour. The therapist reviewed safety precautions with me, as well as my symptoms and treatment history. The therapist also watched me do a number of exercises and listened to my feedback to assess my condition. The therapist then gave me some tips for using equipment that I already have, and some new exercises to help alleviate my symptoms. This was followed up by an email with details on the new exercises The cost is also very reasonable compared to similar services that I have had in the past. So far I am very pleased with the service that I am receiving at Kinatex.

This was my first time at the clinic and was introduced to Trinity RMT. After months of working from home I needed my massage. Trinity is amazing. I do not ever recall having an RMT go through assessments thoroughly with me. She was very informative and as she worked on me, she was at the same time educating and making recommendations on how to keep and stay healthy. I am truly grateful for that kind of honesty and relationship with an RMT.

Dr Negin and her team are extremely professional and know what is the best treatment for you. They prescribe the right treatment for their patients and always treat them with respect. I have always been very satisfied with the services I have received from the clinic. I have received Chiropractic, physiotherapy and massage therapy services and will go back soon. A friend of mine referred me to this clinic recently when I told her about my annoying back pain. So, I decided to call them one day that the pain was really bad. The clinic shares the waiting area with a few other medical offices. The receptionist helped me a lot with my insurance coverage details and booked me for physio. The therapist was really nice. After the assessment and going over my medical history, they started different types of treatments. I liked the laser therapy the most, but she said I had to do them all to get a good result (I also got a couple of massage therapy sessions). She was right. In week 2 I started seeing improvements. I have been doing the exercises they gave me since then and my back does not hurt as much. I think they know what they are doing and the clinic staff are professional, so I recommend them.
