Janik Vézina is a dedicated physiotherapy technologist and osteopath at Kinatex Proactif Chambly. The variety within her practice undoubtedly enables her to have a positive impact on her patients’ quality of life as they work toward their health and wellness goals.
Graduated in 2009 as a physiotherapy technologist, she also holds a Level 1 certification in Structural Myofascial Therapy.
After completing her osteopathy training in 2014, Janik adopted a patient-centered approach, firmly believing in the importance of patient education, building a relationship of trust, and injury prevention.
At Kinatex Proactif Chambly since 2025, Janik offers both physiotherapy and osteopathy services. Her treatment method is based on a global assessment and a manual approach aimed at restoring the function of structures across different systems (musculoskeletal, visceral, cranial, and myofascial).
Janik is ready to welcome adult patients of all fitness levels at the Chambly clinic and support them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
