Occupational Therapist

Amandeep Kaur Nandhra is a dedicated occupational therapist at Kinatex Sainte-Rose. She obtained her Bachelors in Exercise Science – Clinical Exercise Physiology (2009) before pursuing her Masters in Occupational Therapy at McGill University.

She graduated in 2011 and has been actively involved with teaching (McGill University) as well as clinical work. Over the years, Amandeep has gained clinical experience and certifications in various fields, with a growing focus on neuropathic pain. In 2014, she also obtained her certification in the Somatosensory Rehabiliation of Pain method (Rééducation sensitive de la douleur) for the treatment of neuropathic pain. Amandeep is motivated in providing holistic care and collaborating with her clients to help them achieve their functional goals.

Amandeep focuses on physical rehabilitation, return to work (post work accidents), as well as neuropathic pain conditions (such as neuropathies and CRPS), providing personalized treatments and recommendations to her clientele. She adopts a client-centered, collaborative approach, firmly believing in the importance of a client’s active role in their care.
