About

Kinesiologist

Alexandra joined the clinic in 2023 as a kinesiologist and stands out for her dynamic, people-centered, and movement-focused approach.

She graduated from Université Laval in 2013 and has a particular interest in the management of musculoskeletal conditions, as well as supporting active individuals—especially runners and cyclists—both for injury prevention and performance optimization.

Alexandra also has expertise in perinatal care, supporting expectant and new mothers in returning to movement in a safe, gradual, and adapted way.

Her academic background in nutrition allows her to provide personalized nutritional advice aligned with her clients’ athletic or overall health goals. In parallel, her certificate in psychology—currently in progress—enhances her practice through a deeper understanding of motivation, stress management, and psychological barriers to physical activity.

Her rigorous, compassionate, and multidisciplinary approach makes Alexandra a valuable ally for rebuilding confidence in one’s abilities, achieving health or performance goals, and developing a lasting enjoyment of movement.
