Functional Capacity Evaluation
The occupational therapist may proceed with an evaluation of your abilities to determine the optimal direction your rehabilitation should take. They will then propose a follow up plan to help you reach your goals.
This 2-3 hour assessment will be performed by both a physiotherapist and an occupational therapist.
The final report, results and analysis will be sent, with your consent, to the professionals and/or agents involved in the follow up of your case.
