Occupational Therapist
Lara has been working as an occupational therapist at Kinatex since 2024, where she has developed her practice with a pediatric clientele aged 0–18. She is interested in all aspects of a child’s daily life and emphasizes a family-centered as well as child-centered approach, always integrating playfulness into her interventions. A graduate in Kinesiology from the Université de Montréal in 2020, Lara first worked with peri- and postnatal clients before completing her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2024. Maternity therefore also remains one of her areas of professional interest. Since joining Kinatex, Lara has continued to refine her practice through ongoing training, including fine motor skills, handwriting, as well as preschool and school-related skills. She also works with children who present needs in areas such as fine motor development, feeding, toileting, daily routines, sleep, and more.
