Kinesiologist

Graduating from UQAM in 2009, Diane has been immersed in the field of physical activity for over 20 years. She spent more than 15 years working in a kinesiology clinic, supporting a diverse clientele that includes competitive athletes, individuals undergoing employment assessments, pregnant women, older adults, and anyone seeking to improve or maintain their physical fitness.

Today, she specializes in personalized training focused on efficiency, injury prevention, and helping each client reach their unique goals. She also leads group training sessions tailored to different populations — from expectant mothers to older adults — always with the goal of making physical activity accessible, enjoyable, and motivating.

Curious and passionate about the human body, Diane has continuously expanded her kinesiology practice through complementary training in the health field, allowing her to provide a holistic approach to wellness.

Her mission is to help clients maintain energy, enhance their quality of life, and preserve independence in daily activities. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, cycling, running, and cross-country skiing — always embracing the joy of movement, even during at-home workouts.
