Massage Therapist
Catherine Vamos is a massage therapist at Kinatex Plateau/TJC, bringing expertise and a passion for the health and the mobility of individuals experiencing discomforts related to their work, their sporting activities or their activities of daily living. A graduate of the IKRA Academy of Massage Therapy in Therapeutic Swedish Massage, Catherine joined the team in 2026, standing out by her effective, deep tissue work. Her training also includes Deep Tissue 1, cupping, fascial therapy, trigger point therapy, Thai table massage, and she will also offer sports massage starting August 2026. She regularly pursues continuing education to broaden her practice. At Kinatex, Catherine offers treatments focused on deep tissue work of muscles and fascias, tension release through trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, and adapted techniques to improve mobility and muscle function, helping each client achieve their wellness goals.
