Established in 1982 and with more than 35 clinics to date, Kinatex Sports Physio is the most important banner in physiotherapy and rehabilitation in Quebec. In order to support our growth, we are currently looking for a Receptionist to complete our dynamic team in St-Leonard (Montreal).


Kinatex Sports Physio is a multidisciplinary team of passionate therapists in a user-friendly and professional environment, optimizing a functional and healthy lifestyle.


The role of the receptionist :

  • Answer adequately to the calls
  • Provide customer service at the reception/welcoming patients
  • Be in charge of the opening of files
  • Take payments
  • Take and confirm appointments
  • Balance the cash
  • Any other related task


Skills and qualifications :

  • Relevant training (DEC/DEP in secretarial studies or any other related field) is an asset
  • Experience in a similar position is an asset
  • Bilingualism (French/English)
  • Organization

Schedule :

  • Fixed term contract
  • Starting date : ASAP
  • Ending date : September 24th, 2018 (possibility of extension)

Monday : 12:00pm to 9:00pm

Tuesday : 12:00pm to 9:00pm

Wednesday : 12:00pm to 9:00pm

Thursday : 9:00am to 4:30pm

Friday : 09:00am to 4:30pm
