Exercises and Advice for Golfers

Since June, our therapists have worked hard to promote golf and its development throughout the province.

The Golf Program, a Kinatex specific initiative, helps prevent injuries by optimizing a person’s physical abilities and by working on different aspects such as flexibility, strength, and muscle control of the lower limbs, hips, pelvis, back, neck and shoulders.

In partnership with Golf Québec, here are the 12 videos (in French) that were filmed by our Titleist certified professionals this summer.  Depuis juin dernier, nos professionnels ont mis les bouchées doubles pour participer au rayonnement du golf et au développement de la pratique de ce sport partout en province.
